Professional Pathways

High-quality patient care depends on building and maintaining a talented, committed nursing team. Dartmouth-Hitchcock is doing just that by developing pipeline opportunities to the profession, recognizing the value of nurses, making nurses aware of the array of educational and job opportunities that are available, and investing in their careers.

Opportunities abound for nurses who choose to practice at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Many get to do things they might not have imagined when they started out in the profession. Chief Nursing Officer, Karen Clements, RN, FACHE, says “No matter what path your nursing career takes, Dartmouth-Hitchcock will assist in helping you achieve your goal.”

Dartmouth-Hitchcock has a lot to offer nursing students, people in entry-level nursing professions and experienced nurses. The Center for Nursing Excellence is a resource for every D-H nurse who wants to take the next step in his or her career or explore what the next step might be.
