Research
The department's research is best seen in the context of a robust commitment to medical imaging studies throughout a Dartmouth medical and scientific community that includes various departments at DHMC and The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, Norris Cotton Cancer Center (NCCC), Thayer School of Engineering, and The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice (TDI). Cross-disciplinary collaboration is a common characteristic of this work, resulting in synergies which have established us as leaders in multiple areas of medical imaging research.
