Physician Connection Center

The DHMC Physician Connection Center was created with you, the referring physician, in mind. It is a single point of entry to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for you and your staff.

It is not available to patients, allowing us to quickly service your request as our top priority. Our team of specially-trained representatives will be happy to answer your call and assist in all your referral needs.

  • Schedule appointments
  • Coordinate multiple appointments on the same day
  • Obtain status of patient care and clinical information
  • Gather information about services, programs and research
  • Notify Dartmouth-Hitchcock of your change of address or contact information
