Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H) Connected Care and Center for TeleHealth partners with health care providers and facilities throughout northern New England to provide the best and most timely care to the region’s nearly two million residents.
The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Center for TeleHealth was founded in 2012 to deliver outstanding health care to our region independent of patient location. Services were designed to create a telehealth system that drives accessible, efficient and effective care by complimenting and enhancing programs and services provided in local communities.
Connecting expertise to distant sites via telemedicine improves quality of care and patient outcomes, lowers costs for patients and systems, and improves patient and provider satisfaction.
