Mary focuses much of her time and energy on the evolving telemedicine industry, as well as identifying areas within the D-H network and the communities we serve that could benefit from the use of outpatient virtual visits. She is our resident expert on telemedicine legislation and reimbursement, and facilitates the contracting and privileging process needed in order to provide these services to facilities throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.

Katie took on the Outpatient Virtual Visit service line in mid-2019 but has also been managing the Acute TeleNeurology, On-Demand TelePsychiatry and TeleICN service lines (all of which are ER and inpatient focused) since 2016. Katie is involved from the initial discussions on, and oversees each implementation to ensure all logistical needs are met prior to the service going live.
Shelley joined the team in 2017 and is your main point of contact during and post implementation of your service. She facilitates the intake process, project team meetings, mock consults and trainings needed to set up a service, and provides ongoing monitoring and support of the service after it is live.
Brittany is the newest member of our team, and supports the Acute TeleNeurology, On-Demand TelePsychiatry, TeleICN and Outpatient Virtual Visit service lines. Brittany keeps the team organized and on track and provides support by producing and maintaining service line and training materials, training staff, monitoring usage and tracking data.
Fred has been with D-H Connected Care since its inception over six years ago. He ensures that hardware and software is installed and tested during the implementation process, creates and maintains user accounts, provides technology training, and troubleshoots any technical issues that arise.
