PGY1 pharmacy residents

  • Sarah Hale

    Sarah Hale, PharmD

    Dr. Hale is originally from Salem, New Hampshire and completed her Pharm.D. degree at the University of Rhode Island, College of Pharmacy in May of 2020. Her clinical interests vary throughout the field of pharmacy, including infectious diseases, hematology/oncology, and emergency medicine. Sarah also enjoys exploring New England, traveling (when global pandemics permit), cooking, gardening, skiing, and hiking.

    Dr. Emily Hayes is originally from Goffstown, New Hampshire. She recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Studies. Her clinical interests include emergency medicine, critical care, and infectious disease. Outside of pharmacy, Emily enjoys exploring local restaurants, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her kitten, Pepper.

    Dr. Katie Harte is originally from Groton, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May 2020. Throughout pharmacy school, she worked as a pharmacy intern at Rite Aid Pharmacy and Walgreens Pharmacy. Her professional interests include cardiology and ambulatory care. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading mystery novels, and being an avid fan of Boston sports teams.

    Dr. Watkins is originally from Atkinson, New Hampshire. She attended University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2020. Her career interests include cardiology and ambulatory care. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, skiing, trying new restaurants and spending time with her new dog, Winston.

    Dr. Purna Patel is from Sellersburg, IN. She attended Sullivan University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in Louisville, KY where she earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy in June 2019. Her clinical interests include emergency medicine, internal medicine and cardiology. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting and being active, traveling and eating her way through new cities.

  • Denae Moyer

    Denae Moyer, PharmD

    Dr. Denae Moyer is originally from Western New York. She attended Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May 2020. Her professional interests include ambulatory care, cardiology, and specialty pharmacy. Outside of the pharmacy world, Dr. Moyer enjoys baking, swimming, hiking, photography, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and their two cats. She is excited to be living in the Upper Valley and can’t wait to get back into skiing this winter.

    Dr. Kelcy Henrique is originally from southeastern Massachusetts and spent a few years growing up in Portugal. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2020 from MCPHS-Boston. Her professional interests include Ambulatory care and Cardiology. During her free time, Kelcy enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, walking her dog Marley, and being active especially outside. She is looking forward to the adventures to come and is hoping to get into kayaking and skiing during her time here in the Upper Valley.

  • Jenna Osetkowski

    Jenna Osetkowski, PharmD

    Dr. Osetkowski is originally from Western New York. She attended the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Buffalo, NY, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in June 2019. She completed her PGY-1 residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire where she discovered her passion for critical care. Her interests also include cardiology and infectious diseases. In her free time she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, baking, camping, and snowboarding.

  • Mohammad Waleed

    Mohammad Waleed

    Dr. Waleed is originally from Connecticut. He earned his bachelor's degree and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY-1 residency training at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. His goal is to become a board certified oncology pharmacist and work at an academic medical center with opportunities to teach and precept students. In his spare time, Dr. Waleed enjoys traveling, exploring museums, and trying new restaurants.
