The Section of Rheumatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock provides a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services to adults and children with arthritis and diseases of the musculoskeletal system including osteoporosis.
Close interaction is maintained with hand surgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, and physical and occupational therapists, as well as other subspecialties of medicine.
We offer a rheumatology fellowship, which provides the patient contact, instruction and mentoring to learn the art and science of rheumatology.
We also offer a VA Rheumatology Program, where rheumatology fellows, residents, and medical students participate in patient care at the VA Hospital's Arthritis Clinics, as well as on the active rheumatology consult service.
