Over the course of five days, students taking part in the Greenbelt training will build their proficiency in using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) roadmap. This comprehensive foundation prepares students to become leaders in process improvement efforts within their institution. This training has been designed to fit the needs of health care leaders through the use of an interactive, clinic-based case study, helping students to apply their new skills to the health care environment.
Classes are held in Lebanon, NH and include all training materials and daily lunch. Pricing for a privately hosted class can be provided upon request.
