Yellowbelt Class

Photo of a whiteboard at a VILC training session

During the Value Institute Learning Center (VILC) Yellowbelt training, students are introduced to Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology of process improvement, while simultaneously developing their skills as team members. Participants will get a better understanding of how these tools can be applied in their organizations to increase productivity and efficiency, decrease the complexity of processes and eliminate waste. This training has been designed to fit the needs of health care workers through the use of hands-on activities and presentations that directly relate to real world situations.

Due the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the VILC has restructured the In-Person Yellowbelt training to be presented as a Yellowbelt Live Online Training utilizing the Cisco WebEx Training app.
